WOLF FM was created as a temporary radio station for Lunga Art Festival 2013. Bureau Detours created a mini-scene and urban setting on a lot by the harbour in Seydisfjördur, Iceland. From here we broadcast live radio including DJ sets and improvised jam sessions. A mobile music unit, PLAYMOBIL, was built for the purpose and it travelled around the festival area to the different workshops at the festival.

Since then WOLF FM has taken on a life of its own, participating in events such as Århus Lydfestival (Aarhus Sound Festival) and LAK – Festival of Nordic Sound Art.
